Contact Tennessee Guns

Real human at the other end of every email. We do not use chatbots, AI replies, or outsourced help desks. The shorter your question, the faster you get a useful answer.

Email Us

[email protected] — answered Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Central. Most replies inside 4 business hours.

What to Include

  • For a product question: link to the product page and what you want to know. Caliber options, in-stock dates, ammo compatibility — we know our catalog.
  • For an FFL transfer question: your zip code. We have FFL contacts in all 50 states and we will send back two or three near you with their transfer fees.
  • For an order issue: include your order number in the subject line and we prioritize the response.
  • For NFA / Class 3 questions: what item you are looking at and whether you have a gun trust set up. We will tell you if it makes sense to set one up before filing.
  • For a state-compliance question: the model number and your destination state. We can usually answer in one reply whether it ships.

Wholesale & FFL-to-FFL

FFL dealers, ranges, and law enforcement units interested in volume orders or dealer-to-dealer transfers can reach the wholesale desk at the same email — please include your FFL number in the first message.

Press & Partnerships

Manufacturer reps, gun bloggers, and trade press: same email, mark the subject line accordingly. We do not run paid product placement and we do not take comp guns for review coverage.

What We Cannot Do Over Email

We cannot run a NICS check by email — that happens at the receiving FFL when you complete your Form 4473 in person. We cannot ship directly to a residential address (firearms have to go to an FFL). We cannot reverse a denied background check. And we cannot ship anything to a state where the configuration is illegal — even if you sign a waiver. Sorry. The license matters more than the sale.
